These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Dinnermate ("we", "us", "our"), a service owned and operated by Black Cow Group, based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Dinnermate, you agree to these terms.
Dinnermate is a platform that connects solo travellers who want company for dinner. We are not a dating service, escort service, or networking platform. Our sole purpose is to help people enjoy a meal together in a public setting.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dinnermate. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your sign-in link with anyone else. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, provided you have not started using the credits. If you have used one or more credits from a bundle, the used portion is non-refundable but unused credits may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the 14-day window.

All Dinnermate meetings must take place in public restaurants or cafés. We strongly advise against meeting at private residences or sharing personal contact details (phone number, home address) before meeting in person. Dinnermate is not responsible for the actions of its users and cannot guarantee the conduct of any person you meet through the platform.
Dinnermate is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss arising from meetings arranged through the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Dinnermate after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
